About Studio Jones

Our collection
We select vintage, antique, pre-loved and occasional new pieces for their character, craftsmanship and story. Most are one-offs, so a piece may not be available again once sold. The product listing identifies the item’s materials, dimensions, condition and what is included.
Pre-loved pieces may show signs of age and previous use. Please read the individual condition notes and view all photographs, including any recorded marks, wear, repairs or alterations. Items described as new are identified separately. Vintage or pre-loved status does not remove your consumer rights.
Colours may appear differently on different screens. Please contact us before ordering if you need further information. Styling accessories are included only where the listing says so. Saving an item to your favourites does not reserve it. Past Finds is an archive of selected pieces already sold.
Prices and delivery
All product prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. No additional VAT is added to the displayed product prices at checkout. Delivery charges are shown separately, and the total payable is displayed before you pay. Our agreed UK parcel bands are £4.95 for small, £9.95 for medium and £14.95 for large parcels. The Royal Doulton Sonnet service and oak three-decanter tantalus require an agreed specialist delivery quote and payment arrangements before an order is accepted; they cannot be purchased through the standard online checkout. Placing an order
Check your basket, contact information and delivery address before submitting your order. Payment options available for the order are shown at checkout. We send an acknowledgement when an order is received; the contract is formed when we send an email expressly accepting it.
If a piece is unavailable or we identify a pricing error before acceptance, we will contact you. We will not substitute an item or charge a different price without your agreement. Any payment for an order we cannot fulfil will be refunded promptly.
Returns and problems
Our Returns & Refunds policy explains how to cancel and what to do if something is wrong. Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality, taking account of relevant factors such as their age, price and disclosed condition. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
