Wix hosts our website and provides the shop, contact form and account features. The website may also record technical information such as your IP address, browser, device and use of its pages.
Why we use it
We use information to respond to enquiries, take steps you request before entering a contract, fulfil purchases and agreed services, arrange delivery, and handle returns and customer support. Our lawful basis for these uses is the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before a contract.
We keep records needed to meet legal obligations, including accounting requirements. We also have legitimate interests in administering and securing our business, answering general enquiries and preventing fraud, balanced against your rights. Where consent is required for marketing or non-essential cookies, we rely on your consent. You may withdraw consent or unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
Sharing and keeping information
We share relevant information with Wix and with the payment, delivery and professional service providers needed to deal with your purchase or enquiry. We may also disclose information where legally required. These providers need only the information relevant to their role.
Our website is hosted by Wix, which may store and process personal information outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where international transfers take place, Wix uses appropriate legal, contractual and technical safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable, to protect personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
How long we keep your information
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including meeting our legal obligations.
General enquiries: Enquiries that do not result in a purchase or project are retained for up to 12 months after our last communication, unless a longer period is legally necessary.
Orders and invoices: Financial records are generally retained for six years after the end of the relevant accounting period, or longer where legally required.
Interior design projects: Information is retained for the duration of the project and afterwards for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil contractual and legal obligations.
Marketing communications: Where applicable, contact details are retained while you remain subscribed or until they are no longer needed, subject to any necessary suppression records.
Information is securely deleted or anonymised when no longer required.

Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase information, restrict its use, receive a portable copy, or object to processing. You can always object to direct marketing. Some records may need to be retained for legal reasons.
