Changing your mind
For an eligible online purchase, you can cancel without giving a reason within 14 calendar days, starting the day after you receive the goods. If one order arrives in separate deliveries, the period starts after the final item arrives. You may also cancel before delivery.
Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel by email or in writing. You may use the optional form below, but do not have to. You do not need our approval to exercise your statutory cancellation right.
Returning your piece
Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling, unless we have agreed to collect them. Please pack fragile pieces securely. Original packaging is helpful but is not required; keep proof of posting.
Customers pay the direct cost of change-of-mind returns, provided this was disclosed before purchase. We bear reasonable return costs where goods are faulty or not as described. For pieces that cannot normally be returned by post, the return arrangements and estimated cost must be provided before purchase.

Refunds
For a cancelled order, we refund the item price and the basic outbound delivery charge. Any extra paid for a premium delivery service is not refundable. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.
We refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. We may withhold the refund until one of these happens, unless we have offered to collect. If no goods were supplied, the refund is due within 14 days of cancellation.
You may inspect a piece as you would in a shop. A deduction may be made only for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, where the law permits.
Vintage condition and damaged items
Our written listings describe each piece’s condition, including notable wear, repairs, alterations or missing parts. Please read these notes and view the photographs. Buying a vintage, antique, pre-loved or sale item does not remove your statutory rights.
If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email info@studio-jones.co.uk. Where possible, keep the packaging and send photographs to help us investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy. Photographs and original packaging are not conditions of your statutory rights.
