How is delivery calculated?

Delivery is based on the size, weight and fragility of each piece. UK options are shown at checkout: small parcel £4.95, standard / medium parcel £9.95 and large / fragile parcel £14.95. Particularly large, fragile or unusual pieces may require a separate delivery quote.

 

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are normally dispatched within 3–5 working days. If a piece needs specialist packing or delivery, we will contact you with an individual timescale.

 

How are fragile items packaged?

Every piece is packed carefully using recycled or recyclable materials wherever possible, with protection appropriate to its age, material and fragility.

 

Do you deliver outside the UK?

The shop is currently set up for UK delivery. International delivery may be offered later; please contact Studio Jones before ordering if you are outside the UK.

 

Can I return an item?

Please review the returns policy before ordering. Because most pieces are vintage, antique or pre-cherished, condition details and photographs form part of each listing. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact Studio Jones as soon as possible and keep all packaging. Please include clear photographs of the item, the damage and the packaging so the delivery can be investigated.

 

What does condition mean?

Vintage and antique pieces will often show natural signs of age and previous use. Any notable marks, wear, repairs or imperfections will be described and photographed wherever possible.

 

What does pre-cherished mean?

A pre-cherished piece has been owned and enjoyed before. It has been individually selected for its character, craftsmanship and story, ready for its next chapter.

 

Are the pieces one-offs?

Most pieces are one-offs. Once sold, they are unlikely to be available again.

 

How do favourites work?

Use the heart icon to save pieces to your wishlist so you can return to them later. Saving a piece does not reserve it.
