Delivery Policy

UK delivery
Studio Jones currently offers UK delivery. If you are outside the UK, please email info@studio-jones.co.uk before ordering; international delivery is not currently offered through the shop checkout.
Postage charges
Delivery is based on the size, weight and fragility of each piece. Our UK parcel charges, inclusive of VAT, are:
Small parcel — £4.95
Medium parcel — £9.95
Large parcel — £14.95
Some larger, particularly fragile or unusual items need a separate delivery quote. Please contact info@studio-jones.co.uk with the piece name and your delivery post code before ordering. . We will agree delivery costs and payment arrangements with you before taking an order.
The total delivery charge is shown before you pay. Orders containing items from different delivery groups may have the charges for those groups added together. For multiple pieces or a special delivery arrangement, please contact us if you would like to discuss the packing and delivery options.
Dispatch and packing
Orders are normally dispatched within 3–5 working days. If a piece needs specialist packing or delivery, we will contact you with an individual timescale. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Dispatch time is separate from the carrier’s transit time.
Every piece is packed carefully, using recycled or recyclable materials wherever possible and protection appropriate to its age, material and fragility. UK deliveries are tracked, with a signature where appropriate. Tracking details will be shared with you. Customer collection is not currently available.
Delays, loss or damage
If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email info@studio-jones.co.uk with your order details. Please keep the packaging and, where possible, send photographs of the item, damage and packaging to help us investigate. These requests do not limit your statutory rights.
Where we arrange delivery, the goods remain our responsibility until received by you or someone you nominate, other than the carrier. Unless another delivery period has been agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made.
